RETURNS POLICY
Our guidelines and processes are implemented using ISO 9001 as a foundation for optimal procedures. Hence, please ensure that your return adheres to all the conditions specified below to avoid any delays or potential non-processing of your return.
AUTHORIZED RETURNS

Kindly coordinate with our internal customer service team, as our external sales team cannot handle the processing. Before returning any part, you must obtain an authorized returns number (RMA) with the following conditions:
Return numbers must be requested within 48 hours of receiving the item unless it is a warranty claim.
All parts must be returned within 14 days of the RMA being generated.
Parts should be in a resaleable condition – refrain from placing stickers or writing on the original manufacturer’s packaging.
Return all parts to the original packaging and ensure proper packaging to prevent transit damage.
Verify that all parts are returned against the correct RMA.
We recommend using a traceable means for returning parts, and you are responsible for the goods until they reach us. Failure to comply may result in credit refusal, and the part will be returned to you.
DAMAGED PARTS

Notify Parts Town UK within 24 hours of receiving damaged parts. All damaged parts must be returned in their original packaging.
INCORRECT OR MISSING PARTS
Report errors within 24 hours of receiving the order and a full credit will be issued if necessary.
INCORRECTLY SUPPLIED PARTS (ADDITIONAL INFORMATION MAY BE REQUIRED)

Provide all appliance information, including model and serial number, to verify the details.
Specify who provided the parts information (Parts Town UK, Manufacturer, etc.) and how it was requested (telephone or email).
If Parts Town UK provided the part information, provide the quotation number. Failure to do so may result in a 25% restocking charge, assuming we did not provide the part information.
PARTS NO LONGER REQUIRED OR INCORRECTLY ORDERED PARTS

A 25% restocking charge applies to all stock items, and different restocking charges may apply to parts returned to their manufacturers.
Printed circuit boards (PCB’s) will not be accepted unless authorized by Parts Town UK, and if so, must be returned unopened with intact security seals.
Special order items cannot be returned for credit.
DUPLICATED ORDERS

Full credit for duplicated orders due to Parts Town UK error.
Customer error in duplicated orders incurs a 25% restocking charge for stock items, and different charges may apply to parts returned to their manufacturers.
Special order items cannot be returned for credit.
FAULTY PARTS
​
Warranty on all parts follows the manufacturers' policy, typically ranging from 3 to 12 months. Contact us for the correct warranty period for any faulty parts.
The following information must be supplied:

Date the part was fitted and when it failed.

All faulty parts must be returned with a detailed engineer's report explaining the fault.

Parts returned as faulty will not be credited until tested by the supplier. No liability is accepted for consequential losses.
COMPRESSOR RETURNS
​
All compressors undergo quality checks, and serial numbers are recorded. For a credit to be issued, the returned compressor must match the recorded serial numbers and be complete with all components.
Note: If returning a compressor as faulty, ensure it is appropriately sealed; otherwise, your credit claim may be refused.
*SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS are non-stock items or items that cannot be returned to our suppliers. Verify the return status of parts when ordering.
